Yes, most of our diamond painting kits cover 100% of the canvas. There are only a few that don’t but they are are in a separate category in our store.

Our diamond painting kits contain the following items:
Availability of sizes depending on the design. Our smaller canvases are usually 20x20cm (8x8in). Larger canvases can be as big as 90cm (36in / 3ft). Please check carefully the dimensions on the design you’re looking at before buying.
Frames are usually not included but sometimes we can include a frame as a bonus.
No worries, we’re happy to send you replacement diamonds for free. Please contact us by email support@diamondcanvases.com with your order number.
Depending on how fast you are, and the size of the canvas it may take take anywhere from 6-10 hours to complete a diamond painting not including breaks. Larger canvases can take up to 20 hours to complete.

Shop for the items you want and add it to your shopping cart. When you have finished, you can proceed to your shopping cart and check out. Check and ensure that all information is correct before confirming your purchases and payment.
You will be able to add the items as long as it is available. There could be an instance where the item is in someone else’s shopping cart hence the status of the items is reflected as “Temporarily Unavailable”.
We accept payments via Paypal and almost all existing credit and debit cards such as Mastercard, VISA, American Express and other. We also accept Ideal.
Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel an order once it has been shipped. It is advisable to check your order before placing it. Contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel your order.
Key in the voucher code at the field “Voucher Code” and click “Add” in your Shopping Cart page before proceeding to check out or you can do it at checkout. Please note that we are unable to manually apply the voucher code to your order if you have missed keying it during check out. Kindly ensure that all information is correct before confirming your purchase.
After you have placed your order, you will receive an acknowledgement e-mail from us to confirm that your orders have been received. However, do note that orders will only be shipped when your credit card payment has been approved and billing and delivery address is verified. Alternatively, you may check the status of your order in “My Account” if you are a registered user.
All orders are usually processed within 2-5 working days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Time stated is based on EST.
Once the order has been dispatched, an email confirmation will be sent to you with the tracking number. You may check and track the delivery status of your orders with our local logistics partner here
Diamond Canvases partners with global merchants and artisans in order to provide you the best prices and the most interesting products. This means that your order is shipped from global areas such as Thailand, Tibet, China, India, etc. via our partnership with USPS.
Because we ship directly from our partners in these countries, your item may take 1-5 weeks to arrive. Please do not panic if it does not show up immediately, it’s on its way and you can track the progress here
We ship internationally – no matter where you are, you can buy from us!

We do not provide exchanges for size or color. We do however, accept returns for products purchased from us. You can refer to our Returns & Exchanges policy here and its procedures.
